Purpose

Cover the System Configuration Review Session to gather necessary information and identify any gaps.

Objective

Review the standard  Enterprise Health workflows and gather information needed for system setup and base system configuration.

Agenda - 2 Hours

• System Configuration Review Session  and Demonstration
  • Corporate Branding (Logo)
  • Add/update Locations
  • Add Users
    • Setup Providers/Prescribers
    • Add Provider Signature
    • Set User/Patient Relationships
  • Review Chart Tabs/Document Types
  • Determine Employer Organization Needs (if any)
  • Determine Provider Organization Needs (if any)
  • Load CPT Codes, CPT Picklists, and Modifiers (if any)
  • Load Fee Schedule(s) (if any)
  • Load Insurance Plans (if any)
  • Review the My Settings User Preferences
  • Review System Jobs

Afterward

Document action items, distribute meeting minutes, create Jira tickets for configuration projects that are in scope, perform system configuration, update percentage complete and dates on project plan, distribute final version of the project charter and project plan, and prepare for the subsequent meetings.
